Vintage Wooden Heart Jewelry Box w/ Carved Bow Lid Handmade Trinket Keepsake

This charming heart-shaped box was originally made as a "puzzle box" in the 1970s-80s, and the secret sliding drawer functions. No other access to the box unless you can figure it out.

Details:

• Solid wood with beautiful grain, light inlay band around middle, and large 3D carved bow on lid with dark wood "knot" center (see close-ups)

• Interior is plain wood (not felt-lined), perfect for rings, earrings, tiny treasures, or a gift card

• Good vintage condition: light surface scratches consistent with age, a few tiny nicks on bow edges (pictured), wood still smooth and warm

• No cracks or splits, sits flat

These bow-top hearts were popular as love-token gifts and are getting hard to find. Even without the puzzle trick, it displays beautifully on a dresser or vanity.
